Prioritizing items that need to be addressed to meet your goal. Once we establish our relationship is a good fit, an agreement is presented.
Space Planning
Is developed by analyzing the client space. We discuss how your business operates to establish a functional and aesthetically pleasing plan. We provide conceptual drawings that show the furniture placement for a clear visual of the use of space.
Interior Design
with the awareness of your budget and overall vision for your interior, an evaluation of all aspects of the project for a cohesive and dramatic design with appropriate materials and furnishings are recommended for your facility. Conceptual drawings are provided in 2D and 3D. A detailed set of documents for interior construction can be provided.
Furniture
There are multiple factory direct sources of furniture which are available only to trade partners. Options are also art, window coverings, accessories, lighting and signage. Providing the client with quality, value and a wide variety of options.
Installation
Professional installation for all product lines which meet or exceed the highest standards – ANSI/BIFMA and GSA
Owner Representation - Consulting with the architect during the design phase and contractor during the construction phase of your project. This provides you with a complete collaborative team for the best outcome of your project.
Each entity brings different insight and perspective to the project.
Signage is designed and quoted according to the requirements established by the city and preference of the client. We design, price and install interior and exterior signage. Detailed drawings are provided for client and city approval.
Your project could be as simple as calling for one chair, a desk, waiting room furniture, a conference table, or a whole office redesign. Your needs, small or large, are addressed with interest and action.
